Trump announced Monday he has directed the Department of Homeland Security to block large groups of migrants who have begun to arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border and apply for asylum as refugees from Central America.
"Despite the Democrat inspired laws on Sanctuary Cities and the Border being so bad and one sided, I have instructed the Secretary of Homeland Security not to let these large Caravans of people into our Country. It is a disgrace. We are the only Country in the World so naive! WALL," Trump tweeted Monday morning.
Trump also said negotiations over a new North American Free Trade Agreement must include language that prevents Central Americans from getting into Mexico via its southern border......, whose laws on immigration are very tough, must stop people from going through Mexico and into the U.S. We may make this a condition of the new NAFTA Agreement. Our Country cannot accept what is happening! Also, we must get Wall funding fast," Trump added.

There are large military transport ships in San Diego Bay. Bus the illegals from the border to the ships. Transport them by ship to the nearest port in Guatemala.

Well, he just kinda ignored them, rather than out and out defied them. Besides, the GOP was too limp-wristed and compliant to do anything about it. If one side is playing lawfare (Dem) and the other isn't, it's asymmetrical warfare.

Unless they are armed, that is murder, and the internationalrepercussions would be horrific; not to mention Trump’s impeachment and conviction would inevitably follow. If we have the will to stop this on the Mexican side of the border, we can certainly do so. We don’t have to kill unarmed civilians. If this becomes an armed invasion, that is entirely different, ouf course.
I wonder if President Trump can pressure the Mexican government into defending our border: “Your choice. You can send trade goods or illegals, but not both. Secure the border so that illegals never set foot on American territory, and I’ll drop all other demands on trade. I’m sure both of us would rather do that than see which side needs the other more.”
