In one year he did more for blacks than Obozo ever did...just look at their unemployment rates now versus the previous eight years. True, he jacked up transfer payments to the unproductive by 32% during his reign, but which is better: a handout or a job? Believe it or not, most prefer a job. "Hope and Change"? What a crock...worst years under that clown since Carter.
Just think if he manages a peace treaty with the norks after all these years with just a cease fire in place. Nice.
