So how will they be stopped?

He is instructing Customs and Border Protection to refuse them entry when they show up at a port of entry rather than paroling them into the US to apply for asylum.

They will then cross the border at other than a port of entry where they will be detained by the Border Patrol.

The Border Patrol will then process them for a (NTA) Notice to Appear in a future immigration hearing and release them on the street. There is no room in our detention centers as they are full of criminal aliens.

So how will they be stopped? They won't be stopped only temporally delayed and there is not much that the president can do about it.

Congress specifically set it up this way. Its not a flaw it's a feature.

And in doing so, our Congressional representatives, who have a constitutional duty to protect our country and our people, HAVE BECOME OUR WORST ENEMY.
