The heayweights are the national oil production companies, Aramco, Sinopec, CNOC, Petrobras, PDVSA and the rest. Ironically, they’re the less efficient players too, since they’re unconstrained by P&L anxieties, so care less about waste in their processing. The three top national actors out produce all the US/European majors combined. Go shake them down.
