Just think of the agony on the MSNBC panels when McCabe starts talking about the conspiracy to exonerate Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit and the plot to frame the President. He’s got nothing to lose...

I'm sorry to say that I sense a certain awareness in all but the more frantic portions of the media that they've become that cruelest form of parody, self-parody. I would hate to lose that fount of amusement as the mid-terms approach. Still, we do have spectacles such as the NY Times reporter apologizing for even covering the revelations of the DNC emails, a case of lese majeste against America's political royalty that hasn't cost her her head, at least yet. She'll be shoving her way to the head of the queue with regard to Bunnygate, though. You have to love it.
