The Somalis were among the first large groups of dangerous immigrants who were settled here, around 2002, by Jorge Boosh. I think Clinton began the negotiations, if I remember correctly, but Bush completed them. It was a disaster from the first.

Boosh started that, eh? I always thought there was an evil ulterior motive behind the howling absurdity of settling immigrants from the deserts of Africa in iceboxes like Maine and Minnesota. Why not settle them in Nevada or Arizona? Better yet, keep Islamists OUT!
