Let’s have the names of the CDC employees who decided that this very important data would not be publicized. They put their leftist anti-gun politics above the public’s health.

They also have no problem having school children massacred in gun-free zones if it helps them achieve their wet dream of banning all guns and disarming Americans.
This statistic does NOT include the number of deterred potential crimes (crimes that did NOT occur) because the criminals suspected that the potential victim might have a gun. If criminals KNEW that their potential victims did not have quick access to a gun, the crime statistics would be MUCH worse. People who NOT have a gun in their home should be very thankful for the millions of people who DO have a gun in their homes. The criminals don’t know who has a gun and who doesn’t, and so are less likely to strike. Deterrence is the first, and perhaps the most important, step in the crime process.
Exactly why gun registration records should NOT be accessible to gov’t employees. Better yet, gun registration should be banned, but background check is OK by me to weed out past criminal behavior, but after passing the background check, no record should be kept of who owns guns and who does not.
And as I said before. I’m sure the government will be just as successful at keeping illegal guns from flooding the borders as they have been at keeping illegal aliens and illegal drugs out.
Thought CDC was barred from studying ....?

How can you possibly be against funding a cure for an STD rather than arguing for abstinence outside marriage?
Ummm...me thinks the CDC buried the report. Not another dime to them for anything other that studying germs.
That would have been during the Clintonian years.

That does not even include defensive gun uses against animals....like attacking dogs for example.
