Some speculation that the FBI granted a waiver for him to release.? Could be very interesting. I bet the tallest sphincter in DC is starting to quiver.
Lots of powerful people end up in jail some times. And not just Republicans.
In fact, Comey is the one who prosecuted Martha Stewart and put her in jail. She was a billionaire, very popular, and a big Democrat supporter.
Jeffrey Epstein. Billionaire. Not exactly a petty criminal ignorant of how the legal system works.
Bill Clinton was impeached and lost his law license.
Lots of big time Democrat crooks fell from grace and paid severely.
Right now Comey is fighting for his life. A lot of Democrats would like to see him go down because they blame him for Hillary’s loss. And Comey has committed the same crimes he exonerated Hillary for, and he did so publicly and boldly.
The investigation has not even started yet, and you guys have thrown a white flag parade in which you are leading the way.

If you want to make a STATEMENT first one to Hang should be Brennan and it should be Swift and VERY PUBLIC and a Very Graphic display and message.
He is the one that intimidates them all, he is the Swamp Master and he intimidates everyone (except Trump, Pence, Rudy, Bolton, DiGenova, Nunez, Hannity and a few (too few) others).
Brennan is the EVIL POS that runs interference and barks (whispers) the orders to his Soros Mininions, Obama, Clinton and the rest of them are scared to death of him.
After that a Full Clean Sweep of the DOJ (State Department, CIA etc x 26) with many public mentions of Firings their Fines and Incarcerations.
(Civilians like Podesta are awful quite these days, as is Debbie... things that make ya go Hmmmmmm?)
