It’s beyond debate that young people - minors - are increasing exposed to and are using pot since its legalization in Colorado, and the bleedover in neighboring states. DUI’s have gone through the roof, many of them involving accidents.I don't accept any of those claims; where's the evidence?

I don't accept any of those claims; where's the evidence? The evidence is in the car insurance premiums ... step daughter moved to Aurora last year from southern Maryland ... her insurance is 3-4x what it is in Maryland.
