Today, the Justice Departments Office of Inspector General (OIG) referred former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the U.S. Attorneys Office in Washington, with a recommendation that he should be criminally prosecuted for causing sensitive law enforcement information to be leaked to the Wall Street Journal and then repeatedly telling lies to investigators and former FBI Director James Comey about having done so. The OIGs previous report detailed how McCabe authorized an anonymous leak calculated to make it appear that he had resisted pressure by Loretta Lynchs Justice Department to close down the FBIs investigation of the Clinton Foundation during the 2016 presidential election campaign and then proceeded to cover his tracks with lies. . . snip
If I were representing McCabe, I would carefully review with him yesterdays congressional referral with an eye to determining where and how my client could be of service to prosecutors. Theres no reason why Andy should be left holding the bag while the insufferable Comey and the others skate. The time for McCabe to cut a deal with the U.S. Attorney is fast approaching. As we used to say to potential cooperators, he better get on the bus before it leaves the station

No Deals. Swing. Example. More. Pay per view. #Qanon
Will he make a deal and start singing? Will he end up committing arkancide?

Some are going to get deals, that’s for sure. I’m more inclined to think Page, Bill Preistap, and others who have been kept in the background or about whom information has already been released showing they are cooperating. I’m doubtful Andy McCabe will be one of those but who knows, he’s a nasty self-centered guy and might just get the knives out. With all the other investigations that are ongoing it may come down to how much he can offer vs. what they already have. If they can prove other cases without him, his negotiating power is minimized.
One of the comments says Strzok and Page have flipped - they will certainly not be kind to “Andy” if that’s true.
“...he should be criminally prosecuted for causing sensitive law enforcement information to be leaked to the Wall Street Journal and then repeatedly telling lies to investigators and former FBI Director James Comey about having done so.”
I’d much rather see charges of sedition and treason for conspiring to use the DOJ to commit election fraud and conspiring to overthrow the duly and legally elected government.
The suggested charges seem like a jaywalking ticket compared to the enormity of their crimes against the Republic.
He needs to give up Lynch, the Clintons, and a few others.
Hillary and Soetoro, or Gitmo. Your move.
If you arrest the soldiers, they will give up the capos. If you arrest the capos, they will give-up the don.
The criminal referrals from Congress included Clinton.
There were criminal referrals from Congress which DOJ can slow walk or ignore (let’s hope not).
Then there is a criminal referral from the DOJ IG Horowitz on McCabe. DOJ CANNOT IGNORE the referral from Horowitz.
So McCabe is the first in the priority crosshairs.
Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of Comey’s destruction of the FBI is his insistence that the FBI is independent. It’s true that it should remain independent when investigating a potentially corrupt President but for him to argue that the FBI should be Hoover-esque is dangerous. The DOJ and FBI should work in concert, not independently of each other. And the DOJ needs to work to implement the Presidents policies.
Just slip out the back, Jack, make a new plan, Stan
Don’t need to be coy, Roy, just listen to me
Hop on the bus, Gus, don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee, and get yourself free
No deals - let the little commie swing...

The only way youll get more speed from Sessions DOJ is to spike the AGs water supply with meth.
why do the DOJ and the FBI have to implement the president’s policies? That was what they did for 8 years before trump. And the IRS implemented Obama’s policy. These enforcement agencies are law enforcment and should be honest and objective and not enforcing any presidents policy. if they don’t do their job or are corrupt, they should be fired.
They need to nail him with something or he will get his pension back, on appeal. Would love to see him in a prison uniform. I would be willing to let him plead guilty to a felony, no prison, if he flipped on either Comey or Lynch.
