North Korea has dropped its long-held demand that the United States withdraw forces from South Korea in exchange for denuclearization, South Korean President Moon Jae-in said Thursday. The United States has about 28,000 troops stationed in South Korea, a presence that has long irked North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. However, in the burgeoning spirit of openness and diplomacy, Moon said Kim is willing to give up US troops' removal as a precondition for discussions over denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula.

The taxpayers have not.
Kim Jong Un is letting the president of SK act as his press secretary?
More winning.
In before the negative loser patrol says “won’t work” or other negative loser harumphing.

Great news unify korea...East West berlin

I am beginning to find the apparent capitulation of the NORKs coming so soon after we put tariffs on China to be an interesting coincidence. Could it be that team Trump decided that negotiating with Rocket man was a waste of time and the way to go was to put a squeeze on his boss and then say “you want relief, well do something about that puppet of yours first. Then we can talk.”
You know it’s coming.
By any analysis we are winning in this so far. We have given up nothing and the North has already dropped a pre-condition that our troops leave, he has stopped his testing and the subject is denuclearization of peninsula, not some halt or whatever is going on in Iran.
Yes, if true, this is a big concession. Will wait and see if he means it.
Rocket Boy realizes he has but two choices. 1) Continue with his nuke route and end up dead, or 2) cooperate and stay alive. Once he realized that PDJT isn’t bluffing he had a change toward more rational behavior.

RE: Kim Jong Un is letting the president of SK act as his press secretary?
I will be very WARY of Moon Jae-in. This man has the “Let’s have peace at all cost” mentality. He is the Korean Barack Obama.

Yes, Trump sees the chessboard from many angles. They are all related to victory.
He’s probably thinking this foreign negotiating is a piece of cake compared to getting approvals and financing for a skyscraper in New York or Chicago.
Is this true ?

There are not enough US Forces (~23,500) in Korea to do anything but give us a cause for war when they are wiped out.
If I were the Norks, I would not care about them; as an American I don’t see any reason we shouldn’t bring them home.
So how does that reflect here? Neither the NORKS or the PLO ever say "I need permission first" but we all know that they rely on Chinese and Saudi support/funding, respectively. Trump's first overseas trip was to Saudi Arabia and the changes in Saudi policy have been stunning ever since that trip. He then held a summit with the leader of China and subsequently put the screws to him via tariffs. In the meanwhile he's mocked the puppets of the NORK regime and the PLO. He's making deals with the people who really decide these things, not the flunkies who are just playing their assigned roles.
