When was the last time Cali carried out the DP? I can’t remember it’s been that long ago. TX is the only state with a reasonable time table. Even with DNA proof you can’t get a Rapist/Killer of a 8 yr old who had 2 jury trials, all state appeals denied executed. But you can get Euthanasia drugs approved but DP drugs are ‘painful’. Really give LYING a big boost. Same goes for the meds Vets use to put down Horses/Cows PAINLESSLY.

The drugs for death are there. The premeds are also available, in multiple ratios, doses and delivery routes.
