Yes....but the TPP leaderhip (China) state otherwise. Loss of sovereignty was all nations discussing concern over this. China assured them this would not be so rather their Sovereignity would be protected. Didn’t mention how of course. China is not a TPP member.

But China IS leading trade in the Asian areas and no secret he wants control otherwise across to Europe (Belt and road) in order to be the lead player in Trade Worldwide....plus.
