Her story about the hood has already been shot down by the folks that didn't publish her "fairy tale" in 2011. They said Trump was simply not a draw and neither was she.....nothing to do with a hood.

But, based on what she described this phantom individual saying, there isn’t anything in her description that can be considered a threat. I guess she wasn’t coached well enough. If she went to the cops, they wouldn’t take a report based on what she said.
I’m curious to know the timeline as well, since she has a 7yr old, the incident took place in 2011. When was the kid born? All that stuff.
So, that is the lawyers angle - keep going with all the media and all the stunts hoping that Trump will do something BIGLY.

The Democrats have put all of their eggs into the basket of an ageing porn star. Let’s see how that works out.
Who exactly is acting unhinged? The legal theory is flimsy. The sketch is embarrassing and the use of this matter to morph a supposed investigation into collusion into an investigation into every aspect of Trump’s life is troubling to most rational Americans. And yes, despite what our media portrays, most Americans are rational.

Here’s what I think transpired. It’s all conjecture.
1> Stormy just happened to be at an appearance with Trump and had the photo snapped. It went into her archive of memories that she probably planned on using in her tell all autobiography “I Was a Walking ***Dumpster” she was going to write some time in 2020 after her innards give out and hepatitis spreads throughout her body.
2> Fast forward several years. Trump runs for President. Election 2016 heads into October. The Dems play the “Pussygate” tape. This makes Trump look like a sadistic misogynistic to anyone that has led a sheltered life or completely hates Donald Trump because he stands in the way of Hillary “Side of Beef but High Priestess in the Church of Liberalism” Clinton from seizing control of the United States of America.
3> Stormy, while probably having all orifices plugged in front of a live, studio audience, recalls that she has a picture with her and Trump. She sees $$$$$$$$$.
4> Stormy contacts the Trump campaign. She spits out a bunch of fluids from her mouth and proceeds to threaten the release of the picture to the press. The threat is that the press would LOVE to show a pic of him with a porn star to fuel their misogynist story.
5> Realizing that they have a legit shot at defeating the Side O’Beef, the Trump campaign figures that they better not let the pic get released. They offer her a relative pittance (sorry, if he banged her, the price would have been a LOT higher).
6> Knowing that $130K will keep her orifices free of crabs for a few weeks as well as keep her as high as a kite to suppress the pain of selling your body to be used as a virtual sewer cleaner, she accepts the offer and signs the NDA.
7> Trump wins the Presidency. Ms. Side-Au-Beef probably had one of the most epic meltdowns one could have possibly witnessed (I would do anything short of Stormy Daniels to see a video of that meltdown). Stormy gets a lawyer since she knows there is money to be made. Just intimating something happened boosts her numbers on porn sites. Now she is free to craft any narrative she wants.
8> Trump’s lawyer screws up and violates the terms of the NDA. Press jumps on this and creates an illusion of an affair without any evidence. Stormy’s lawyer smells a gold mine and begins to help the press.
9> Stormy is promoted to “nun” in the church of liberalism. By day, Skanky Sister Stormy makes all sorts of appearances where she drops new bombs of “imagination parading as fact” on the public on TV shows. By night, she sells herself during a “Make America Horny Again” tour making her a stripper with a heart of gold in the eyes of Wolf “I’m weapons grade scum lower than used Stormydouche(TM)” Blitzer. That includes the Jimmy Kimmel show who, ironically, is on videotape actually exploiting women unlike Donald Trump.
And that’s where we are today ... yeah, I think that $130K was simply “keep the photo out of the press” money cause the liberals are trying to make Trump look like something he isn’t.
Daniel’s lawyer has offered a 100,000 reward for information leading to the identity of this guy. If I were Trump, I would have posted a side by side ofnthe boyfriend with the sketch and demanded the reward. He could have had Daniel’s lawyer make the check out to a designated charity.
And I couldn’t disagree more.
It’s his openness with the public via his communications through social media that has helped to get him where he is now.
There was also a recent poll that showed a majority of his supporters want him to continue to tweet whatever is on his mind.
For the life of me, I don’t know why some supporters cannot put themselves in his shoes as he watches lie after lie, lie after lie, lie after lie, being blasted across the airwaves and printed in the papers every single day since he took office, and not understand why he feels compelled to defend himself and his presidency.
People need to remember, there are NO Republicans out there defending him in the face of the onslaught that he’s received from day one.
So give him a break on giving his side of the issue, because I would bet the farm that the rest of us wouldn’t keep quiet either!

Being afraid of sluts gives them power... Trump did the right thing - the woman's a joke. She's NOT deserving of respect OR fear. The drawing looks like an old boyfriend from 20 years ago -- a 'real' person who's probably bald with a big beer belly today...
You have a point and I’m not recommending or wishing he’d become a hermit and never get on Twitter again or say anything. But, she’s a 2-bit slut, pornstar, nothing more. I could care less if he banged her. It was 12 years ago. She was never threatened by this phantom person. She isn’t worth the time. Her lawyer on the other hand is a completely different story. I wish he’d start dropping bombs on that guy.
And, if he wants to drop bombs on Comey and the rest of the cabal, have at it.
