A startling video of former President Obama calling President Trump a “complete dipshit” is a coordinated stunt from filmmaker Jordan Peele as a public service announcement to warn about fake videos.
The video appears to show Obama beginning to issue a warning. However, viewers don't hear the former president's voice; instead, Obama’s lips move in sync with Peele's voice.
“We’re entering an era in which our enemies can make it look like anyone is saying anything at any point at time — even if they would never say those things,” Peele says voicing the former president.
“So, for instance, they could have me say things like, I don’t know, [‘Black Panther’s’] Killmonger was right!” Peele says as Obama. “Or, Ben Carson is in the sunken place! Or, how about this: Simply, President Trump is a total and complete dipshit.”

At first I was puzzled by this story and video.
Why would liberals produce a video that would proves you could produce a fake video; something like a fake 'pee tape' in a Russian hotel room?
Producing this fake Obama video will only call into question the legitimacy of the Russia 'pee tape' if it's ever leaked or released.
By producing this video liberals are showing us we can't trust video evidence which will undermine their claims the 'pee tape' is real.
Why?
In the last few days there has been chatter the NYPD is getting antsy about what was found on Weiners' laptop and why it hasn't yet been made public.
Are these rumors true? I don't know. I can't say.
If it's true, I believe what we're seeing is something called, 'Priming'.
'Priming' involves dropping information in small doses to the public to plant an idea that will make larger future revelations easy to believe.
An example would be to start planting stories that man-made global warming might not be as bad as predicted before admitting there is no man-made global warming.
Could it be true there is video evidence on Weiners' laptop or other sources that might expose crimes by the Clintons', Obamas', and Democrats?
Let me be clear. This is all speculation on my part. This is only what occurred to me when I read the article and watched the video at the link to this story.
I'm sure others have their own opinions as to why the left made this fake Obama video.
Is it, as they claim, to expose 'fake news'? Is it nothing more than a juvenile stunt to show Obama calling Trump a 'dipshit'?

Remember, Buzzfeed is the one who first 'leaked' the Steele dossier and spread the rumors about the 'pee tape'.
It's odd they produced a video that could be used to disprove the 'pee tape' they claimed was real.
Preemptive strike to sow doubt when the videos of certain democrat lobbyists, campaign managers, attorneys, etc. going pedo on little kids hits the media.
If any Hillary or Obama tape surfaces, this 'PSA' will be readily available to prove any video could be faked.
After all, why would Buzzfeed who claimed the 'pee tape' was real now produce a fake Obama video which would show their 'pee tape' (if it even exists) could be fake?

The mouth movements of DingleBarry in the video are obviously computer generated as the script is read. This technology is not fully matured.
Nevertheless, the corporate media knows that an incriminating video of The Witch is about to drop and so they are lining up their rationalizations RIGHT NOW.
Remember when the DNC e-mils were “hacked” and Nancy Pelosi claimed they could go in and change words to misrepresent what was written? She followed that up with, “my computer is not connected with the DNC system”.

A video of Bill and Loretta Lynch talking on the plane? No way could they be that stupid would be the excuse too, but maybe Bill Clinton recorded it in case he needed it in the future.
BTW: This video could be tested for audio issues and easily a pro can tell it’s not Obama talking.
