Apparently some centuries ago a young woman from one of the Muslim dynasties of the western Mediterranean (perhaps Spain if before 1492), who supposedly was a descendant of Muhammad, married someone from a royal or upper-echelon noble family in France or Spain...if she was a descendant of Muhammad, given all the dynastic marriages in Europe, it's possible that the Queen could be a descendant of the Prophet.
