Interesting, but no where in that pdf does it state WHAT chemical they identified. Only that it confirmed the conclusion the Brits had arrived at.
Why would Lavrov state the Swiss had identified BZ if he couldn’t produce proof? Any reliable media company would go to the Swiss to confirm that, wouldn’t they? Well...maybe not these days.

The UK has to release the full OPCW report with the chemical analysis results, or give OPCW permission to. I guess anyone can appeal to the UK to release the full results.
