Since they say there is cultural appropriation, couldn’t they also say that a man or a woman saying they are the opposite of what they were born is gender appropriation?

Right now, liberal bullies are labeling “trans-exclusionary feminists” or TERF as evil incarnate, heretics worthy to be burned.
So women who demand maintenance of female only spaces whether for emotional safety or literal safety (like women’s shelters) are being told you’re bad, you’re mean, you’re hurting people by not letting the man in a dress say in your shelter ...
These same liberal bullies are pressuring lesbians to not reject a mentally ill man in a dress, attracted to women, when he makes sexual advances. The woman is being mean, exclusionary, unfair if she won’t have sex with him because he’s a lesbian, too, just trapped in a man’s body. It’s even called “the cotton ceiling”.
“SHE-who-mutilated-her-dick” should be how they refer to her.
For liberals, it is the logical end result of “the most oppressed is the most correct/moral”.
There are more women than transgenders, and by liberals’ logic, any minority is by definition oppressed and to be more privileged to make up for their “oppression”. That’s why a majority male STEM field is seen as evil, but majority female nursing is fine.
The smaller the minority, the more privileges it is granted by liberals in the name of “equity”, fairness.
They just forget that the smallest minority is, by definition, the individual.
This is the end result of liberals saying feelings determine morality and reality. That what feels good is good, what feels bad is bad.
You really really feel like a woman? You’re a woman, regardless of biological reality. And everyone else is supposed to go along with it, because your feelings are so much stronger than everyone else’s.

All of their efforts to deconstruct Hierarchy and even Patriarchy are self defeating.

Women hate the fact that they are emotionally vulnerable while they see men as disconnected animals.
Women want a Patriarch and at the same time resent it.
This is far more than mental illness; this is straight up demon possession.
It may have started out as mental illness but the hatred in her heart opened the door for evil to come in — and it came in — in spades.
If what the judge said is quoted completely, rather than just taking a small part out of context, the reader can see that the judge was asking for the witness to use the altered reference on a very, very, temporary basis.
Certainly not unreasonable under the circumstances.
If the person in question is in a mental hospital and someone asks me to humor them, I’ll go along with it. In a COURTROOM, that is to say in the real world, no dice. If I thought the judge was simply asking and would accept my own decision it would’nt trouble me at all, but that ain’t the way these crazy evil bastards think. What do you imagine a judge will do if you refuse to mouth this silly nonsense? I’ve seen this mouthing lies and saluting lies or suffer the consequences thing developing for 40 years. A judge in their courtroom merely ASKING? Yeah, right.
It’s a mistake to think the courtroom is the real world.
That’s a fundamental mistake a lot of people make.
