It looks as if Mike Cohen was in Italy during July 2016. I have never flown from Rome to Prague. But I have flown from Prague to Rome, and my passport was not stamped either when I left Czechia or when I arrived in Rome.
So it seems to me that his passport neither proves nor disproves anything about a Prague trip.

Not just no trips to Prague, but no trips to Europe during the time under discussion. I am living in Germany, and once you enter an EU country, you can move freely throughout the EU and dont normally need to show a passport.
So, if he was inEurope, it would be plausible for him to travel there without getting a Czech stamp. However, from what I have seen, he was not even in Europe during the time alleged.
