Worth noting the IG report on McCabe clearly goes out of the way to inform reader that McCabe was audio recorded during his false statements to FBI investigators. How can DOJ *not* prosecute him? Evidence is overwhelming.

McCabe violated a policy, not any laws. FBI guidelines call for termination and nothing more. He got the max punishment.
