Okay, I’ll bite. Why would the UK want to stage a chemical attack in Syria? What advantage would they gain?

If you are a believer in the deep state theory, you saw that Trump was getting ready to pull out of Syria. But if you stage a chem attack, you draw him back in.

Add Russia in to the mix, and you have just succeeded in weakening the US and maybe even encouraging a hot war between the US and Russia.

What advantage would they gain?

Depends on what the bomb makers are willing to kick back.

Not the right question.

Why would Syrian want to stage a chem attack? What advantage would they gain?

The only folks standing to gain are the rebels. They kill a few hostages (maybe) and get the world to jump down on Assad.
