Yeah, but if it gets me off this planet one hour earlier and away from the nagging herd of harridan harpies, it's worth it.
42!!!
If they'd only tell the truth the doctor could order them to stop drinking so much, and then they'd be okay.
Health nuts can remember Sarah Boseley’s words when they’re sitting in some hellhole nursing home...
wishing it was over ...
knowing they’ve got an extra few months of sitting in their own pee ...
BECAUSE THEY SKIPPED THOSE EXTRA GLASSES OF WINE...
Enjoy.
“over the daily recommended limit”
Consuming _some_ actually extends life.
We really need to hear from Keith Richards on this one.
You dont actually live longer, it just seems longer.

Bull$hit. What they mean is, “on average, an average glass of wine shortens the average life-span of the average person by an average of 30 minutes,” and that is horsemanure.
I discount all these phony “studies.” There are too many variables that they conveniently choose to overlook. Plus, when it is reported, they always omit the fact that the numbers are supposed to be an average.
Besides, there are contradictory “studies” coming out all the time.
Alcohol in moderation is no more dangerous than putting salt on one’s vegetables.
I drink once a year, on my birthday.
There is a Bruce Willis line from the movie “North”: “They say that for every hour you exercise, you add an hour to your life. So why bother extending your life if you are just going to spend the time exercising? And that’s why I don’t exercise.”
It is a lifesaver if one has high levels of LPa (genetic). Alcohol, not just wine, lowers it.
My great grandmother died from a massive heart attack at 53 (not overweight). Doc told my mom she should have died from her heart attack at 51. They were baffled as to why her artery was so blocked as she was not overweight and and relatively young. Blood test showed elevated levels of LPa which makes what ever cholesterol you do have more likely to clump and clog. Its unfortunate genetics and explains her gransmothers heart attack and her dads stroke.
No one knows why but alcohol lowers ones levels. Her grandma never drank and neither did my mom until after her heart attack. Her cardiologist at Mayo Clinic said she absolutely had to have a glass every night. I started having wine after I was done having children, around age 40.
Most Medicines are poison, even Tylenol, if abused. Alcohol is just another useful substance to be used in moderation.
Yep. I go for quality over quantity every time.
This is why you drink a bottle, not a glass. /life hack
Who decided what amount constitutes the "daily recommended limit"?
Ya, make sure your water supply has no chlorine and Flouride in it etc.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
I would be long dead ,according to this useless study!!!
Water was more dangerous than alcohol for centuries. So............!
What an awesome photo. Thanks for posting it.
But you’ll be drunk for 1 hour so the math still makes sense
