All of these wars (or military actions if you prefer to call them that) seem to start with CIA false flag "attrocities", but the end result is looting and sacking of any nation that attempts to trade commodities in non USD
Isn't this just the looting and sacking of another one of Russia's allies ; I.e. an extension of Libya .....?
Libya started the same way, first sortie involved a French bomber in order to call it a "coalition force", then the US took it from there.

Buzzing ships is SOP.. nothing new and has been going on for years on all sides.
You haven’t lived until you’ve been “buzzed” by a TU-95 on a small boy. Saw it on a FF in 1087. Engine room rang up the bridge to find out what was making all the racket.
They could have buzzed it back with a short burst of targeting radar. Just enough to set off every warning klaxon in Ivans cockpit.
