They should get good at throwing them. They might hit the guy who is killing a kid every second with a rifle in a “gun-free zone”, since they REFUSE to allow teachers who wish to do so to arm themselves to meet the threat.

I don’t know about you, but when I go the bat rack before my turn at bat, I usually grab my trusty 16” weapon. Short but powerful! lol
