He’s done his damage, and besides, things are starting to get hot for the swamp critters. They’re jumping ship, confident that they’ve screwed over Trump, and ruined republican chances in November. But they don’t know our LORD, and the same God who miraculously put Trump in the White House, will clean up Congress, and gives conservatives Congress. I believe that, despite every indication contrary, just as I had every confidence, that Trump would become president.

Trump has never been able to understand the hatred that the RINOs have for him so he ignores it. Ryan and McConnell despise him with a passion. Look for Ryan to come out with a book next year saying Trump is an idiot and that the main reason he’s no longer speaker.

I am disturbed by all the cheering here and in the other thread. This is very bad news and that people don’t seem to grasp it suggests a dangerous level of denial. It all but guarantees that we will lose the House in November, though in fairness I think that was likely anyway.

Oh well, not much to do now but concentrate on saving the Senate. If we lose that we will not get another judge approved for the next two years. Fasten your seat-belts folks. This is going to be a scary election.

This is the first step in aligning the GOP against Trump. Ryan has taken the goalie out of the game. He’s got nothing to lose. If he rids the GOP of Trump, the GOP can keep on spending money they don’t have to set their family members up in businesses based on insider information and pay-to-play.

THAT is the reason why Congress hates Trump. They are a criminal class.

Doubt it. Now that Ryan has blinked, McTurtle is going to fight harder than ever to keep the Senate so that he can "make" Trump do a "come to Mitch" walk to prevent Democrat impeachment. They'd better get moving on the voter fraud soon.

Just my opinion based on McCuckhole being a narcissist like the rest of them.

Ya know, as a buddy of mine says “The Wonderful Thing About America Is You Can Be As Stupid As You Like.”

You are however pushing the envelope.

Trump on Paul Ryan retirement: A ‘truly good man’ who leaves a ‘legacy of achievement’
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/trump-on-paul-ryan-retirement-a-truly-good-man-who-leaves-a-legacy-of-achievement

President Trump praised House Speaker Paul Ryan on Wednesday after the Wisconsin lawmaker told House Republicans he will not seek re-election, saying Ryan will leave behind an unquestionable “legacy of achievement.”

“Speaker Paul Ryan is a truly good man, and while he will not be seeking re-election, he will leave a legacy of achievement that nobody can question. We are with you Paul!” Trump tweeted Wednesday.

I have no idea why you posted that to me. I said I had no clue how Trump could say nice things about him.

“Has he announced he will be the GOP-E Never Trump spoiler candidate for the 2020 Presidential campaign yet?”

That’s where my brain is going. Trump is getting primaried.

Cook Report rates Wisconsin one as inherently R+5. Currently generic Democrat holds about an 8 point lead, which would put the seat at risk, though with Ryan running, having won since 98, it was seen as unlikely. The district went 52-42 for Trump and 52-47 for Romney/Ryan.

Sabato’s Crystal Ball had the district likely Republican, but has moved it to toss-up with Ryan’s retirement.

Likely Democrat candidate is Randy Bryce, Army vet, ironworker and union organizer, has apparently already raised 4.5 million for his campaign ... another source claims he has 2.3 million “on hand” at the end of March.

Possible Republican challengers are WI Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, or State Senators Van Wangaard or Steve Nass. Of course, Paul Nehlen as well.

Good info. Thanks. Right now apparently the Dem running is a bit of a kook, but now that Ryan isn’t running and they feel they have more of a chance, they might throw their money and resources at a more electable candidate.

Paul Ryan is single handedly responsible for ruining the repeal legislation of health care by drafting a failed bill which would have lined the pockets insurance companies and screwed ordinaru Americans. Ryans funding comes from Insurance companies and his wife’s democrat family.

Because Ryan’s initiative failed to pass, ruining the Presidents initiative to repeal and replace, ripen the insurance market to a national one instead of just in state,Ryan realizes that his political career is going nowhere, and he has on;y minimal support from the very lobbyists whom he failed.

Good riddance to Ryan. Now how to get rid of Yertle the Turtle in the Senate , who is so crooked in his wife’s family dealings in Red China. McConnell has to go, he influences the GOP against PDJT and the will of the People.Look at how McConnell has slow walked the Senate confirmation processes. What a dastardly idiot he is.

He probably didn’t need to worry about being speaker anyway as a dim will be speaker after this election. The RINOs have had control of the House and Senate for a while now and have done absolutely nothing with it. They are better off when they are in the minority since they take their orders from their dimo masters anyway.

I changed mine back in the early 2000’s when GW was still in office. I changed to one of those dreaded Independents. I always voted for whom I wanted to anyway, not for a party. So, might as well be an Indy.

I agree. The Dimocommies will win the House and Senate and early in 2019, they will start impeachment proceedings against Trump and the last two years of his term in office will be burdened by the impeachment crap. I seriously doubt if Trump could win in the next election anyway. We are quickly running out of people to vote for candidates. With the damage the Dimocommies have done to this nation, just wait till they have both house and the WH all at once. Everything Trump changed will be undone. The new healthcare law will be undone and back to Obammycare full time. The gates will be opened wide as the border fences will be pulled down and all who want to enter can come on it and our side will never win an election again. In 10 years, the House and Senate will be 90% Dimocommie people. The deep south is all that carries the RINO’s party now anyway. The republicans we have down here are getting as back as the commies anyway. Damn I am glad that I am nearing the end of my life span and don’t have that many years to live under these commies anyway. Oh, and TOTAL GUN CONTROL and tearing down the 2d Amendment will be the first agenda along with impeachment against Trump. By 2022, America will look like Germany, France, the UK and Italy. The gates swung wide open, even the Izzies will have free entry by the millions.
