A regime that uses chemical weapons is hostis humani generis. You don't need a declaration of war to go after them any more than you do to go after pirates.
It was Putin's stupidity to tie Russia's reputation to the Assad regime: if he had the Assads gassed and replaced with a more responsible brute, the US wouldn't care. So my guess is he doesn't have the power to do so, and I infer from that that his position in Syria is far weaker than it seems.

I used to have graphics software that would localize a user with pings and show the location on a world map.
We have 3 loser types involved here:
1. Conspiracy false flag nuts, mostly Ron Paul liberaltarian dead-enders
2. Useless Idiots who are too weak-minded to fend off Russian propaganda. They gently sell their American souls for Russian B.S.
3. Paid Russian cyberwarriors.
It wouldn’t be so difficult to seek who is what.
