Thank you for the correction. I should have been more clear. In most (if not all) states, public schools are constitutional at the state level, but they are none of the federal government’s business.

Except for that spawn of Carter called the Dept. of Education that tries to horn in at every turn. It’s too bad Reagan couldn’t deliver on that promise.
