First off, it is not against the law. The law prevents using US troops against US citizens, not against defending our border, which is constitutionally called for. Thus, if a law prevents carrying out constitutional directives, the law is unconstitutional.

So let me get this straight. When the Japanese attacked earl Harbor we should have called out the Police, the Border Patrol or the Coast Guard, using the US Navy would have been against the law ?
