Untreated, assuming a 125gr hollow point, he would have eventually bed out...even shot in the foot.

Anywhere else...more solid parts of the body...he would have bled out before he got to a hospital.

Never underestimate the power of a .357. It’s the historically best man killer in the history of FBI record keeping.

Shot placement, not caliber is the real key.

This instance is a case in point.
