Ha, I just posted last night about the "Little Rock Nine". President Eisenhower sent Army troops to protect the kids trying to go to school.
you are not exaggerating. We must shift the game from the past 3-decade brainwashing that military is not for domestic use. For foreign capers only and that military terminology was banned in the lexicon in terms of defending our nation and people.
He simply had to shift it around and he did..
People Without Borders, based out of San Diego, is, in effect, advocating the invasion of U.S. Territory.
They should all be arrested, charged, prosecuted, sentenced and hung forthwith. The charge? Treason!
It’s the only thing they can say. The MSMLSD bunch are so bereft of a coherent thought they foam at the moth and come up with name calling. And that’s them being sober; they have to be drunk to make any sort of intelligent statement.
Maybe just the idea of coming up against American soldiers will be enough to send them home and make the Mexican government come back to their senses? Certainly worth the effort.

Seems foolishly counterproductive (to say the least) to say it’s lawful for our military to protect other countries and not our own.
Been there. Done that. Was liason officer with NM, TX, and AR National Guard Units in Deming, NM area. We were flying UAV ops out of Ft. Huachuca when some Arkansas National Guard units (without ammo) observed a 5 man narco unit with RPG and AK47s start to bound and overwatch to their position. They had to bug out. Was 6 hours before armed US Border Patrol got to area in force. No arrests. Pie in face for Operation Jump Start....but we DID stop the tide in that sector. They went West to Bisbee area and Nogi further west.
Specifically the day Janet Reno and William Jefferson Clinton wiped out 78 American citizens

That act is a complete farce, a piece of feel-good law that is essentially nothing (WRT the common-knowledge that the Army can't be used domesticallt):
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Whereas Art 4, Sec 4 says:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
and Art 1, Sec 8, Cl 15:
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

U.S. Military action halted by judges order? It has never happened before, don’t think it is possible.
The President can just declare the U.S. southern border a long military base. Only authorized people will be allowed to pass through.

2. Article I Section 8: "To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;"
President Trump can call up the militias of several states to repel the invasion; it doesn't have to be the formal military.
3. Article I Section 10: "No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."
States can act unilaterally to call up their own state guards to defend their own borders, citing "imminent Danger as will not admit of delay" to bypass Congress. Since this so-called caravan is planning to enter via Baja California, it is unlikely the Jerry Brown will call up California's guard, but other states bordering Mexico certainly can.
