We should send missionaries and military police to Honduras to help them rebuild their own country.
Set up a training camp/indoctrination center to train the people searching for a new life and send them back to Honduras.
The USA has btdt and the machismo and corrupt prone people fall back into degeneracy every single time.
Doesn’t help that many many countries the world over tried at some point to model their government like ours but always left a few important things out of their constitutions.
