The state won’t follow federal laws, so why should towns in California follow the state’s laws? The state set the precedent.

Note to the CITIZENS that live in Hunting Beach and Orange county. Your “resistance” is seriously unfortunately futile now that California state law has decided illegals can vote in state and local elections. Control of city, county and state offices with the votes of illegals will be able to undo all your efforts against the sanctuary city law. State legislators control “redistricting” and with the votes of the illegals they will elect a state legislature that will, after the 2020 census, redraw district lines to reduce and dilute any GOP representation. At some point enough other state’s governors and their representatives in Congress will need to declare California as in secession.

“”The state won’t follow federal laws, so why should towns in California follow the state’s laws?””

Because Becerra said they should - the law is the law according to him. How convenient he has a faulty memory...

I thought we read a week ago that Irvine had sued the state also but I guess they just joined in on the one the county filed?????

Sure were a lot of Latino faces in the picture with the article. Not surprising as you can’t go anywhere in Southern CA without seeing the same faces...probably Northern CA also...we’ve been away from there for more years than we have been away from Southern CA...Arrive in GA and what do we find? The SAME!!!!! Checked out everything we could think of before we resettled EXCEPT the influx of illegals....

Glad to see the Americans in California fighting back against their Mexican colonial government.

It’s the same everywhere, the illegal alien inundation really took off during the George W. Bush administration.
Before that Virginia was still low crime, Republican and English speaking.

Which law in California makes it legal for illegal aliens to vote?

I was wrong. I read a report that misrepresented the effects of a California law taking affect regarding registering to vote for persons with California drivers licenses.

Don’t feel mislead. I researched after posting and it’s suspect, at least. I guess it doesn’t come out and legalize non citizen voting but it facilitates fraud I believe.

You are right that it’s sinister nature is covert as opposed to being open and direct. It will make voting fraud easier and that fraud will be less looked at with local and county elections; installing some local and county governments by a combination of the illegals fraud and their friends. Like the treasonous California Attny general they - those local and county governments - will place illegals in appointed and hired positions in those governments. The whole of it will be further along the lines of eventual secession.

WHy will they lose? States have broad discretion for internal elections. Now, if they try to claim these illegals can also vote in federal elections, that's a completely different story.
