Big deal. He may be 13 years old but that state has been electing Governors with the mentality of 13-year old kids for decades.
Kind of reminds me of an old 1969 TV series THE NEW PEOPLE about a group of young people who crash land on an island with an abandoned WW2 military base. In one episode they find an armory and demand guns to protect themselves.
One man. steals all the guns and is the only one with a gun. then he locks his gun in the armory with all the others and throws the key into the sea.
Remember, this came out after the anti-gun hysteria of the Bobby Kennedy killing when all TV show were extremely anti gun, anti-hunting.

know everything, and was very wise....

Vermont has always had Constitutional Carry and they have a very low Crime Rate.
Not sure if the fact that Vermont is about 95% Caucasian has anything to do with it though.
The last time they started talking about “revising” their Gun Laws there, the People of Vermont let the Legislature know it wasn’t a good idea.
