85 gallons a day is a lot....almost double the real avg.
I dunno. We had a family of 7 growing up. 85 gallons sounds about right.................
Current water rates for me 1.22 per 100 gallons, with a base 16.50 charge for service... average of 30 days per month ... My bill is generally in the 40-50 a month range, so yea 85 gallons a day is probably about right.
Washington State requires water system designs based 140 gallon/day/person.
