I asked the same question here a few days ago, and it was explained to me that this only applies to the money allocated for the wall in the bill, and would not apply to the money diverted from the military.
Perhaps one of you can confirm that, since I don’t know if that’s true or not (I don’t want to believe it’s true simply because it sounds good).

They are perfectly willing to risk that, because they think We the People—We the Deplorables—will lay down for them if they just push hard enough. But their problem is we WON'T lay down for them. And our problem is we WON'T lay down for them.
I'm calling this RIGHT NOW: Monday, March 26, 2018. I believe we're already in a state of de facto civil war in this country. The shooting hasn't started yet, but if this coup attempt doesn't end soon—if the Mainstream Media doesn't relent in their insane effort to agitate civil unrest—then that's exactly what we're all going to end up with.
Look around you, people! See what these f-----g traitors are trying to pull! Wasn't it Reagan who said "Don't be afraid to see what you see"? Well, I'm following that advice, and what I see is a de facto state of civil war in America, right now, as I type this.
