It’s a spending bill not a budget, he can allocate the money where he wants to......just like Obama did. Why do you think the Dems never wanted to pass a federal budget? Because the President can spend money in a spending bill, unlike that of a Federal budget.

There are specific allocations. Please tell me you don’t think he has a 1.3 billion blank check. Can you be so obtuse? These itiodt don’t pass full budgets they haven’t for 9 years. Please explain how specific allocations were continuous through Obama and last year through Trump. I was a business administrator for the state of Cal don’t explain to me how politicians allocate mckinney and refuse to follow the written regulations.

I fail to see how she is wrong. We keep on thinking that there is a masterful next move in the making for the President and that signing this was the only thing that could have been done. Maybe the Omnibus Bill can be crafted by the President in prudent ways as the DNC and GOP will get played. At any rate, the Midterm Elections look very ominous.

I can take Ann Coulter in small doses. I don’t know why Trump signed this but I accept that the man is not magic. In the absence of sufficient support he has done amazingly well. Hopefully the next election will see a cleaning out of everyone who refuses to vote their districts. Never-Trumpers and Lefty-Loons alike do not vote their districts (with maybe the exception being Nancy Pelosi, considering her district).
