Sure they would have and the bill would have became law without his signature and he could have avoided the shite storm this has created. He could have kept his respect and got the spending too.

BS. He should’ve vetoed anyway and made them override it. That’d have kept him clean of this disaster and we would have on record which congress animals needed to be voted or primaried out.
