My mom had something similar done. She’s had the relapsing form for 20+ years.
After the other medicines stopped working, she went to the chemo drugs.
She’s completely in remission now.
It’s amazing. We didn’t think she’d still be around...and she has no symptoms.

I suspect they would not consider me a good candidate&2 years old, relapsing definitely since 1992 and probably since 1989.) My meds are $5000+ a month, so if they had found this procedure more than 20 years ago, it would have been feasible and cost effective. C’est la vie.
