Irrelevant and illogical. The Air Force is working toward trying to control area-specific weather to temporarily affect conditions for one operation at a time. That's not controlling the weather of the whole planet and does not prove the kooky conspiracy theory claim that some English bankers control the weather.

But then we know that we won't convince a conspiracy theorist. Why? Because we conspire to analyze, profile and record information about the thought patterns of conspiracy theorists: one conspiracy that's true.
