How about charges against the fool that “swatted” him to begin with? I am amazed at the number of stupid people in FR.
As I recall the original call was concerning a hostage situation, which always involve innocent victims.
Absolutely someone should be charged, prosecuted and sentenced to a serious jail term for Second Degree Murder.
Just not the cop.
