I don’t see how that can be! President John Kennedy was struck from behind, and the BACK of his head came off! For this to be true, there would have had to have been a shooter on the Grassy Knoll.

No. The exit wound is where the external damage is done. Kennedy's exit wound was on the top right of his skull. His head was down at the time of impact; the entry wound was in the back of the skull. See the diagram in the wikipedia article.
