The universe has existed for billions and billions of years and consists of billions and billions of galaxies. No doubt there have been, are, and will be billions and billions of planets with intelligent life separated by billions and billions of miles and billions and billions of light years.

They’re out there, but for all practical purposes they don’t exist.

Adding lots of zeros to create answers is a poor methodology but very common in the Scientwistic mind.
