(From Left's point of view,) is Chelsea Manning a "bad guy" for exposing corruption, like Julian Assange, or a "good guy/girl" for having a sex change?

I'm trying to understand why they (the Left, who commit most of these types of assassinations) would want to have Manning's "exposer" killed.

Manning is a hero for the left as he is both a homosexual and a radical. And remember, Obama commuted his sentence. So I’m thinking anyone who hurt Manning is an enemy of the left.
