He will likely file a law suit to gain his pension. He will have to demonstrate that he was grievously treated by the Justice Department to be successful. Within the legal system, he will have sympathetic ears, but he will have an uphill battle since the professional and non-partisan OPR of the agency has recommended this action.

During the past several years 17 FBI officials have been terminated for false statements, not under oath. McCabe was accused by the OPR of making false statements about leaks to the media concerning investigations under oath. The removal of former FBI Director James Comey led to the present investigation when Democrats demanded a response against President Trump.

Independent investigation. Independent review. He is worried about something else.

I heard the Fox weakling, Ed Henry, try to make the case that McCabe spent 21 years in the FBI and only his last two are questionable. I’d like to know why we should assume McCabe was ever clean given the degree of corruption he is currently engaged in?

Several attorneys on FNC last night were saying that McCabe has virtually no chance winning his case. I just hope Horowitz report is out immediately, and that a new special counsel will have an indictment for him in short order.

The whole premise of this article is crap. Usually, American Thinker is better than that.

..........ok, I did not read “ALL” of this too long article. I just got to a point that I couldn’t take any more of this congenital liars bs.

Mr. McCabe’s statement reminds me of Richard Nixon’s famous line...........”well, I’m not a Crook”.

Both Nixon and McCabe severely violated their oath of office and then lied about it. Minimally, they will have that in common for eternity. Nixon avoided prison. We’ll see on McCabe.

danger in draining the Washington swamp

There's much greater danger if the swamp isn't drained.

Draining the swamp - paring down the feds to its constitutional size - is imperative if we are to MAGA by RESTORING OUR FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

The catalyst for his termination was that the Office of Professional Responsibility (FBI) found more than enough evidence that he lied on numerous occasions. They very rarely recommend a firing so Jeff Sessions should not be on the hot seat. Of course the rats will ignore the truth and you will never hear about the IG’s report on McCabe and the findings by the independent review.

Same mindset as Comey....I think there's much more to their relationship....like secret meetings...secret tapes.....secret connections....

He will not sue.

And Comey will get caught up in this cuz in the end, it was Comey's brotherhood that did him wrong.

I am sure that a felony conviction might not look so good on his retirement $$ appeal so he better right on that.

McCabe is heading to prison if the second Special Counsel is installed by Sessions. Hopefully? Don't hold your breath for this.

McCabe fires back.

Nothing but blanks. The 302’s are out there. And you thought
you were so clever falsifying them.

You can bet that McCabe will get a huge advance on a book, will be on the paid lecture circuit, and most likely end up on either MSNBC or CNN as a talking head. He won’t be hurting for money, at least as long as Trump is in office.
