Nowadays, I hear, why don’t I have a wde screen TV, why don’t we have a service such as Netflix, why don’t I have satellite radio in the car, why do I still write checks to pay bills..........

With the exception of the last one, I haven’t been bombarded with those. If shopping with my daughter she’ll tell me at the checkout, “Mother, stores aren’t taking checking anymore” to which she is witness to my check being taken and processed. Can’t convince her that the grocery stores and Walgreens don’t have any problem with them either. Whole Foods doesn’t and the only time I was there and told they wouldn’t take my check, I never went back.
I pay utility and some other bills online and the rest get checks.
