Fire Rosenstein NOW; he’s out of his teensy widdle mind and lying through his teeth!

It would be pretty amazing to get a judge to assert that the appointment was improvidently granted, period.

Even a "not in SC jurisdiction" would be amazing. I figure the judges don't want to enter the fray, and will somehow pass the buck back to DOJ. The last thing judges give a hoot about is defendants. It's all about protecting their turf first, and the system second.

Why is pos Rosenstein giving reassuring interviews to left wing USA Today, essentially criticizing Trump? Fire that dirty little creep.

None of the judges thus far ever seem to agree with anything Manafort’s lawyers request. Not a one.
I hope this is different.

The judges are part of the swamp too.

I wish Manafort luck but here is a portion of RRs charging document to Mueller. The any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation allows Muller to take the SC anywhere, including into DJTs business history. It's nothing short of a total screw job.

Actually, Manafort is wrong on this.

A Federal prosecutor who is appointed to oversee an investigation in one matter does not have the option to ignore prosecutable offenses in unrelated matters.

Under the Entire Controversy Doctrine, any and all known criminal charges against a defendant must be brought at the same time. It's not like Mueller can carry out an investigation against Manafort and then leave matters to "another prosecutor" to pursue later. The legal system doesn't work that way. If Mueller is functioning as a Federal prosecutor, he must prosecute any Federal crimes involving his targets even if they don't have anything to do with the original matter he was appointed to investigate.

If the judge dismisses it, will Manafort be safe due to double jeopardy, or can another prosecutor/jurisdiction pick it up and run with it?

He is 100 percent correct, but he is in front of an Obamabot on this one, and by the time he gets his case to the Supremes, he will be broke and in jail.

This whole thing is a travesty of justice. Sessions should fire Rosenweasel, Mueller and his entire staff, then appoint a special counsel to investigate the entire affair. Is there no one in the DOJ willing to do the right thing?

Rosenstein will not be fired. Mueller's Special Counsel will remain and all illegal activity will go on. There is nothing within the Republicans or Trump himself will fire both. The Republicans are useless. Hate to say it, but the evidence proves it.
