Missouri’s DOT is part of the problem.
Gas tax money that should go to roads is diverted to bike paths, airport approaches and other “popular” endeavors. It is that way in every state and the problem is the politicians would divert even more money to all that worthless garbage than ever before then just keep increasing the mileage tax.
