These problems stem from the fact that our laws are crafted by people acculturated by Western Civilization and for people acculturated by Western Civilization.
We have imported people from non-Western countries who don’t care a damn for Western Civilization. That is why they don’t have Western Civilization where they live. It doesn’t fit their mentality.
