Family of slain Democratic staffer Seth Rich sues Fox News
CNN Fake Mews ^ | 14 March 2018 | Oliver Darcy

The family of slain Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Fox News, one of the network's reporters, and a wealthy Texas businessman over their roles in the publication of a baseless conspiracy theory about Rich's 2016 death.

The lawsuit, filed in US District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeks compensation for "mental anguish and emotional distress, emotional pain and suffering, and any other physical and mental injuries."

From the link I posted above:

"Brennan Gilmore’s (the guy suing Gateway Pundit and Alex Jones and Alan West) attorney is Andrew Mandrala who is (was?) an attorney at the WilmerHale law firm. At least four attorneys from WilmerHale are members of the Mueller Special Counsel — including Robert Mueller."
I think all of this needs to be viewed as of a piece, with the ultimate goal being choking off right-wing speech. Consider:

These actions fall under a couple main categories: In summary: there is an organized, coordinated effort underway worldwide to marginalize the right, or indeed anyone dissenting from the full leftist orthodoxy on any issue. It is a plainly visible conspiracy, and it is still escalating.

Many leftist leaders are openly calling for limits on speech to be ratcheted up, such as London't mayor in a talk at SXSW this week.

We are under attack, and so far have not come up with a coordinated defense.

We are not hanging together, so as Franklin predicted, we are hanging alone. One after another person being deplatformed, shouted down, or hit with SLAP suits to shut them up.

There is some talk of an Internet Bill of Rights, and we should all be looking into that, in my opinion.

Free Republic is not outside the notice of these forces, I am sure. It's only a matter of time until various strategies are used to go after FR, its owners and members.

I find it kind of bizarre and dismaying that the Democrats and even the family of Seth are not even showing any desire to FIND OUT who the REAL murderer is.

Let’s just say for the sake of argument that it was an old fashioned robbery, why would they not even want to discover who that killer (whoever he is) is?

It looks like they just want to forget the case.... very strange and dismaying indeed.

Bingo again
The family is terrified
This is the way to finally get the murder investigation started
The police never touched it
Not surprised there
Murder is very permanent and has no statute of limitations

[Those are some damn dedicated Democrats.]

Committed to the lie, aren’t they? They’re scared or bought off.

The timing of his murder couldn’t be any more suspect.

“Small world, eh?”

The swamp dwellers are highly interconnected, it blatantly appears. Pray that we unravel a large part of their fabric, and many are jailed or retire from it.

“Didn’t these parents just admit that their murdered baby boy was the one who leaked the emails to Assange?”

Second-hand report of someone else who claimed to speak to the family. This is a weird lawsuit and smells frankly of political desperation.

Julian Assange holds an ace. How and when he uses it; well that’s the question.

[Everybody in Washington knows Rich was the source of the Wiki documents, except the Rich family apparently.]

I would have to agree. It couldn’t be more obvious.

[Nothing at all on Drudge. Behind again...]

Drudge is too busy cheering that the Democrats might take back the House if Pennsylvania pulls out. He’s astroturfing like the MSM.

Christopher Steele filed a memo with GPS Fusion stating that the “hack” that obtained the emails involved Russian agents “within the Democratic Party structure itself.” That may be Seth Rich who was killed hacker Kim Dotcom says Seth was the leak. Julian Assage says the emails did not come from Russia. No matter what you think of Assage he has never been proven wrong about anything information he has put out.

Yet Mueller are the FBI has not shown any interest in talking to these two people may be nothing but it sure as hell does not hurt. Unless you already know the answer and you want to cover it up. The emails were tracked and the speed that the emails were being transferred was 200MB. You can get 200MB on down load but not on upload going through a server. As I understand it 20MB is the max upload. If true the emails were being down loaded to something not uploaded. Discovery on this should be interesting. Maybe the FOX lawyers will talk to these people

Yet Mueller are the FBI has not shown any interest in talking to these two people...

This is, for me, the most troubling part of the Mueller investigation. The complete lack of acknowledgement of a directly relevant witness to these events is at least malpractice, and at most, collusion.

Mueller knows he’s got a lot of crimes by Democrats to cover up.

That’s why he chases any ridiculous thing he can. These are his buddies he’s trying to protect. Not to mention that Uranium One happened on his watch.

He knows. You can bet he knows.

“A law suit opens the case up to “discovery “
Which opens up ALL the police records.”

Unfortunately, DC Police will conveniently “lose” records based on the advice of their DNC controllers.

Happens all the time.

No kidding.

This is not the first murder in history to be reasonably questioned, given that Seth Richards was one more gainfully employed political operative, who was stationed right in the middle of a political operation.

At the same time, FBI was told to go away and dutifully retreated, demurring to Crowdstrike.

Mom and Dad are strangely not interested in the activities of the DNC that raise questions.

Eyamonk may be spot on.

Parents bitching about any reporting on the suspicious political texture surrounding Seth’s terrible death is absurd on its face.

*Unless*, as Eyamonk says, it’s a safe way for them to force to the surface some hidden currents, using Discovery as the follow-the-dots method to expose the Left and the Comey hands-off approach.

That is just how leftists are. Politics and ideology are more important than family and friends. I don’t know why people are so surprised by the Rich’s behavior.

I said it before: Leftists are soulless creatures.

The question is: ‘ Who is paying the millions pof dollars in legal fees to sue Fox News?” The Seth Rich family does not have that kind of juice. Soros does.

I smell Saul Alinski Rules for Radicals all over this.

To me this tends to prove that Seth Rich was likely murdered by either Democrat or Russian operatives, or both.
