The NDA does mention Trump through the “side agreement”
document, which specifies who the aliases actually are in the NDA.
It’s blacked out at the moment, but there’s little doubt that David Dennison refers to Donald Trump.
There’s little point in arguing that the affair did not occur, imo.
Once you tell me $130K was paid to a porn star right before an election, I pretty much know why.
There’s no other reason for such an elaborate agreement and subsequent signed statements, imo.
Accept the affair from 12 years ago and move on, and hope that the recent payment does not turn out to be illegal.
What's the "Side document"? Is there a link to it somewhere...anywhere? And if they go to the trouble of making an NDA with fake names and then have a "side document" to explain who these people REALLY are then what's the sense of having fake names in the nda in the first place?
Why should a person accept that which they did not do.
